The Republican Party of Jackson County Office can be reserved for member and campaign events.

   Party members may reserve the office for free to host one family event per calendar year.

   Republican Candidates may reserve the office to host exclusive campaign events.  Please keep in mind that the county party organization must remain impartial towards candidates prior to their receiving a party endorsement or winning the primary election.  The Republican Party of Jackson County is committed to treat all candidates fairly.

  The following requirements must be followed when holding events at our facility:

1.  The event date must be approved by our executive committee.  The scheduled date cannot interfere with county party events or be held in conjunction with a planned county party activity.

2.  Campaigns may be required to pay $25 to rent the facility (the county party cannot make in-kind donations of office usage to partisan campaigns who have not been endorsed). After a candidate receives a party endorsement or wins a partisan primary the office can be used free of charge.  We ask campaigns to keep the duration of their events to four hours or less. 

3.  The campaign/member must provide all food/refreshments.

4.  The campaign/member is responsible for cleanup.

5.  For campaign hosted events, at least one member of our county party executive committee must be present.

Once the event date and time have been approved by the executive committee, an invoice will be sent via email to pay for the reservation.
